(i) 28 Risby Place Beverley - Erection of single storey extensions to front and rear and construction of bay windows to front (Ref - 18/01764/PLF)

(ii) Cross Ways 1 Ferry Lane Woodmansey - Erection of single storey extension to side (Ref 18/01779/PLF)

(iii)Land North West Of Figham Roundabout Woodmansey - Hybrid application for: Outline planning permission for the erection of a pub/restaurant (Use Class A3/A4) and/or restaurant (Use Class A3/A5) and/or gym (Use Class D2) and business uses (Use Class B1) with all matters reserved except for access; and Full planning permission for the erection of a food store (Use Class A1) and coffee shop (Use Class A1/A3) along with associated car parking, servicing and landscaping (Ref 18/01746/STPLF)

 

     (b)   Decisions of the Planning Authority: To report the decisions of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council:

(i) Land North East Of The Brow Figham Road - Erection of a dwelling (revised scheme of 17/02237/PLF) (Ref 18/01404/PLF) - approved 

(ii) County Farm Long Lane Woodmansey - Display of one double-sided 1.5m wide x 1m high non-illuminated signboard on 3 m high posts (Ref 18/01308/PAD) - approved  

(iii) Land West Of Dene Park Sports Club Beverley Road Dunswell - Erection of 5 dwellings with scale, appearance and landscaping to be considered (14/02140/VAR - Outline - 12/03780/OUT) (Ref 18/00762/REM) - approved 

(iv) Morrisons Wingfield Way Beverley - TPO VICTORIA BARRACKS, VICTORIA ROAD, WOODMANSEY - 1988 (REF:438) G1: Lime (T001) - Remove epicormic stem growth to a height of 4.5m above ground level. Raise canopy to 4m agl by tipping back pendulous lower branches. Remove deadwood. Willow (T003) - Fell. (For reference only as tree not subject of TPO). Horse Chestnut (T004) - Remove epicormic stem growth to a height of 4m agl. Raise canopy to 4m agl by removal of secondary and tertiary branches. Lime (T006) - Crown lift to 4m agl. Horse Chestnut (T007) - Remove epicormic stem growth to a height of 4m agl. Raise canopy to 4m agl on northern, eastern and southern aspects by the removal of secondary and tertiary branches. Raise canopy to 5.5m above ground level on western aspect over site access. Lime (T008) - Crown lift to 5m agl. Works primarily required to ensure low hanging, pendulous branches are not damage by vehicles, increase light levels into the site's curtilage. Given consent is only sought to raise their canopies and not reduce them, the proposed works will not result in either their amenity value or longevity being adversely affected. (Ref - DC/18/01635/TPO) - approved

(v) 8 Shepherds Lea Beverley - Alterations and extensions including erection of first floor extension to side incorporating construction of first floor balcony to rear, erection of single story extension to side with roof lights, installation of first floor window to rear, replacement and repositioning of first floor window to front, alterations to single story extensions roof to rear to increase pitch (Ref  18/01249/PLF) - approved

7. Play Area Refurbishment Project

          (a) To update on on progress with :-    

  1. Commuted Sums application
  2. Secure by Design feedback 
  3. Planning Checks (Southwood Park & King Street)
  4. VAT status
  5. Contract/Terms & Conditions check.

              (b) To consider whether to incorporate the modifications to the design at the King Street play area(Due to commercial sensitivity cost information will only be available at                            the meeting)

8. Play Area Maintenance

           (a) To update on progress with hedge trimming at King Street (oral report)

           (b) To appoint a company to perform annual inspections of the play areas. (report)
