(i)  25 Shopeth Way, Woodmansey - Erection of a single storey extension, installation of an extractor flue and change of use from a mixed use (shop with residential accommodation at first floor) to two shops (Class A1) and a hot food and take away (Class A5) at ground floor with residential accommodation at first floor (AMENDED PLANS) (Ref DC/17/00477/PLF/EASTSE/KA)

(ii) 4 The Meadows Dunswell - Erection of two storey extension to rear (Ref 17/00701/PLF)

(iii) 1 The Glen Beverley - Erection of single storey extension to side and rear and porch and canopy to side (Ref 17/00922/PLF)

(iv) Claremont House Wingfield Way Beverley - Variation of Condition 22 (approved plans) of planning permission 15/00581/STPLF to allow internal re-configuration of ground floor and roof void to increase bedrooms from 70 to 73 - Erection of a 70 bed Care Home with associated car parking and landscaping following demolition of existing Public House (Ref 17/00960/STVAR)

(v) Dunswell Grange Beverley Road Dunswell - Conversion of existing garage to form annexe including erection of single storey extensions to front and rear and link extension (Ref 17/00647/PLF)

(vi) Applied Analysis Limited Rowley House Unit 34 Tokenspire Business Park Hull Road Woodmansey - Change of use from B1 Business Office use to D1 Non-Residential care use with associated car parking (Ref 17/00940/PLF)

(i)    10 Jolley Drive Beverley - Erection of single storey extension to side to house log burner and log store and installation of steel flue (Ref 17/00455/PLF) - approved 

(ii)   Old Hall Farm Shepherd Lane Woodmansey - Erection of single storey extensions to front following demolition of existing extension, pitched roof over existing bay window to side and replacement windows (Ref 16/03869/PLF) - approved 

(iii)  Old Hall Farm Shepherd Lane Woodmansey - Erection of single storey extensions to front following demolition of existing extension, pitched roof over existing bay window to side and replacement windows (Ref 16/03870/PLB) - approved 

(iv) 189A Hull Road Woodmansey - To retain display of 1 externally illuminated sign on side of fence and 1 externally illuminated v shaped sign (Ref 16/00391/PAD) - refused 

(v) Temp Bungalow The Farm Dunswell Lane Dunswell - Certificate of lawfulness for existing use as a permanent residential dwelling (Use Class C3) (Ref DC/17/00077/CLE/WESTES/ADAVIS) - refused 

 

(c) Tree Third-Party decisions: To report the decisions of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council:

(i)  99 Megson Way Walkington - TPO BROADGATE HOSPITAL, BROADGATE, WALKINGTON - 1987 (REFF:259) A1: T1 Sycamore: reduce crown on north and west side by 1.5m to remove growth towards and over roof of outbuilding, reduce by 1m on east and southside to keep uniform, crown thin by 20% to increase light levels. T2 Sycamore: reduce crown by 2m on south side to reduce growth from over property, crown thin to increase light levels. T3 Sycamore: Crown thin by 15% to allow mor light into garden (Ref DC/17/00220/TPO) - approved 

 

(d) Appeal decisions: To report the decisions of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council:
(i)  2 Ferry Lane, Woodmansey (costs decision)- Appeal A Ref: APP/E2001/C/16/3153480 & APP/E2001/C/16/3153481 - approved in part 

 

(e) Tree Preservation Orders: To consider applications for TPOs:
(i)   Beverley Grammar School Queensgate Beverley - TPO BEVERLEY GRAMMAR SCHOOL - 1995 (REF:129) T1 Horse Chestnut; Fell due to poor condition and evidence of fungal bracket, T2 Horse Chestnut; Prune limb over road due to split and die back. (Ref 17/00213/TPO)

 

 

7. Parish Transport Champion - to consider nominating a Transport Champion and completing the ERYC form

 

8. Standing Orders - to review the updated Standing Orders, to be accepted at the next meeting (Proposed Standing Orders   current Standing Orders)
